Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Appendix to the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Installation Planning Template
This CD, developed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff J-34, Combating Terrorism Directorate, contains an interactive template to guide installation staff through developing a WMD appendix to the installation's antiterrorism/force protection plan.
Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Force Protection Joint Service Training, Levels I & II
This CD, developed by USACMLS and the Joint Chiefs of Staff J-34, Combating Terrorism Directorate, contains Level I and Level II of the WMD force protection joint service training. Level I contains general awareness training designed for personnel assigned overseas, to include military, DOD civilians, and family members. The Level I presentation consists of PowerPoint [R] slides with notes. Level II is geared toward officers and NCOs who will advise unit commanders on force protection. Level II is an interactive multimedia program developed using Authorware[R].
Level III Weapons of Mass Destruction Antiterrorism Training
This CD contains Level III of the WMD force protection joint service training as developed by USACMLS and the Joint Chiefs of Staff J-34, Combating Terrorism Directorate. Level III is part of the O5/O6 precommand course. This training is geared toward the O5/O6 commander so that he is aware of the program, has a staff officer responsible for the program, and knows what actions to take during the first 180 days of command.
Tier I: Depleted Uranium (DU) General Awareness Training
This CD contains the DU Tier I, general awareness training designed for all soldiers to enable them to recognize DU hazards and take appropriate precautions. The CD includes a general awareness video, the DU Tier I training support package, and the general training aid (GTA) 3-4-1A.
Tactical Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) Information Tool
The Tactical NBC Information Tool, also known as the NBC toolbox, is a CD reference tool that allows users to find and retrieve information about NBC operations. Users can search for information about decontamination, protection, hazard prediction, chemical properties, field behavior of NBC agents, and military-specific and Joint Services NBC information.
Weapons of Mass Destruction/Force Protection (WMD/FP) Advanced Interactive Multimedia (AIM) Training Application
These four interactive multimedia CDs, developed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff J-34, Combating Terrorism Directorate, are designed to meet the needs of four audiences. A description of each disk follows:
* WMD/FP AIM Training Application Disk 1: Commander & Staff
Disk 1 contains information for training the installation commander and installation staff to respond to WMD terrorist incidents and addresses installation-level training requirements. The application is divided into six main training sections: WMD agent properties and use, planning procedures, control procedures, protection procedures, WMD review library, and testing.
* WMD/FP AIM Training Application Disk 2: HAZMAT--First Responder
Disk 2 contains information for training installation and civilian emergency responders to respond to WMD terrorist incidents and addresses installation-level training requirements. The application is divided into seven main training areas: terrorism, WMD agent properties, treatment procedures, protection procedures, hazardous-material first-responder skills, WMD review library, and testing.
* WMD/FP AIM Training Application Disk 3: Hospital and Emergency Medical Service s) (EMS) -- First Responder
Disk 3 contains information for training installation and civilian emergency responders to respond to WMD terrorist incidents and addresses installation-level training requirements. The application is divided into seven main training areas: terrorism, WMD agent properties, treatment procedures, hospital and EMS responder skills, protection procedures, WMD review library, and testing.
* WMD/FP AIM Training Application Disk 4: General Education
Disk 4 contains instruction on WMD antiterrorism/force protection that can be used in conjunction with the other three CDs. The application is divided into six main training areas: terrorism, WMD agent properties, protection procedures, response actions, WMD review library, and testing.

Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) Video
This will be a two-part video covering the JSLIST chemical protective ensemble. The video will cover the components, capabilities, employment, use, care, and sizing of the JSLIST ensemble. Part 1 will cover donning and doffing in an uncontaminated environment. Part 2 will cover mission-oriented protective posture (MOPP) gear exchange.
Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) CD
This CD will contain computer-based training for the JSLIST chemical protective ensemble developed to help all soldiers learn to use the JSLIST ensemble properly. This application will be divided into five training sections: JSLIST components, preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS), JSLIST operations, the buddy system MOPP gear exchange, and testing.
Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) Trainers Guide
This product is a paper-based trainer's guide for the JSLIST chemical protective ensemble. This pamphlet was developed to provide instruction regarding the use, maintenance, and proper storage of the JSLIST ensemble. This trainer's guide covers the JSLIST description, wear limitations, donning and doffing instructions, maintenance inspection, and storage requirements.
NBC Reconnanissance Systems--Fox Operational Maintenance
This is an interactive CD designed to support unit chemical military personnel on specified organizational maintenance aspects of the Fox vehicle. It will focus on the PMCS and troubleshooting procedures of selected common problems and provide sustainment and organizational maintenance training to unit personnel.
NBC NCO Job Aid
This is an interactive information tool designed to guide company-level NBC NCOs through the procedures necessary for them to meet their responsibilities. Based on the 35 responsibilities of the company NBC NCO found in FM 3-11, Flame, Riot Control Agents and Herbicide Operations (formerly known as FM 3-100), the job aid provides step-by-step procedures, sample format, interactive forms, references, points of contact, sample lesson plans, and much more.
